The Data Browser can be started from the Map Manager by right-clicking on a feature class and selecting from the context menu.
If there is an active Bentley Map project, it is possible to select the Data Browser from the Command Manager, or from the Feature menu on the menu bar.
Or from the Tools > Geospatial > Utilities toolbox.
If started from the Map Manager then the Data Browser will be populated with the properties from the selected feature class used to launch the browser. Otherwise it will be started empty as below.
